What’s your name?: My name is Larry.larry2
How long have you been riding a bicycle?: I had a huge fascination with BMX for as long as I can remember. So if I’m just spit-balling, I’d say about 20 years.
Why do you ride a bicycle?: Where do I begin? For one, it’s by far the most efficient way to get around the city. It’s also my favorite way to escape and clear my head. There’s nothing like it. I also really like being part of such a solid, friendly community. I’ve met so many great folks through cycling.

What type of riding do you do?: Road/urban/commuting/adventuring. I’m currently riding a road bike and a fixed gear. Just depends on how I’m feeling that morning.
Where is your favorite place to ride?: Westbound on Grand ave. on late summer night or the stretch of California ave. between Logan & Montrose.
If you could have any Trek bicycle, what would it be?: That’s a tough call. They make so many! I’d have to say 2014 Domane 5.9, though, The one set up with SRAM Red. The murdered out flat black paint job looks so rad. Obviously, I’d throw a set of Challenge Paris Roubaix tires on there. I’m obsessed with black bikes with gumwalls. I also really like that Trek is producing bikes with Red as a stock option (it’s also available in two Shimano versions. One with Dura Ace and the other with Ultegra Di2).
