The all new 2014 Trek Crockett 9 has finally arrived and is now in stock! The Crockett is the ultimate CX race bike. The Crockett 9 features a Shimano Ultegra 11 Speed Drivetrain with FSA Cranks. TRP Alloy Cantilever brakes and Bontrager wheel and tire combo keep rubber side down in any condition.
Trek has done a fantastic job with the frame design, the geometry and the mud clearance making it feel very stable on the course. The Bontrager wheel and tire system is a tubeless ready system allowing racers to run lower air pressure on those really muddy days to remain in control. To keep your contact points happy, Trek used a Bontrager Race handlebar, Bontrager Race X Lite Stem and Bontrager Cork Tape, while the Bontrager Saddle with Ti Rails and Carbon Seatpost keep your bottom side comfy on rough terrain. The Shimano Ultegra shifters shift precisely and the FSA cranks are stiff with great power transfer.

That’s impressive! Throw some stans wheels on there with pedals should still be in the 18 lb range. That’s usually only seen on carbon cross bikes! Great!
