- Bike sizing – Perhaps the most important part of buying a bicycle is making sure it is the correct size. We will make sure you are happy and comfortable on the right frame size, plus, we will adjust the seat height so you reach the proper leg extension. - Exchange/Return Policy – All bikes come with a 7 day return policy as well as a 30 days exchange period where you can exchange the bike up to 2 more times.
- Walk in and ride out – After a bike expert helps you to find the perfect bike we pull a bike down from our in store warehouse and assemble a brand new one out a box in about one hour.
